This offseason, there have been several key personnel changes made to the Dixie Raider Board and Coaching Staff.· We, as a Board, believe that, in order for our organization to grow and develop successfully, we must be open to change.· We strongly feel these changes will result both in our teams becoming more competitive and enhance the growth of our children. We will greatly miss those that have dedicated so much to the Raiders over the years, but believe that the Board & Coaching Staff we’ve assembled for this season is the best we’ve ever had.· These men and women, and the children they’ll work tirelessly for, are the future of the Raiders organization and we believe the future is as bright as it’s ever been!
